There is something extra romantic about a Valentine’s Day proposal, and Ethan somehow managed to make Heidi’s even sweeter.

Ethan planned his proposal at Saddlerock Wine & Beer Co. in Fort Worth, and while February 14th gave us one of those gloomy, rainy Texas days, it really worked so perfectly. The rain made everything feel a little quieter and cozier, and Saddlerock was such a pretty backdrop for the whole thing.

Ethan had more than just the proposal itself planned. He surprised Heidi by having their families there after he proposed, which made an already emotional day even more special.

Afterward, Heidi walked into a little engagement party with even more of their friends and family waiting to celebrate with them. Everything took place right there at Saddlerock, so they were able to go straight from the proposal into celebrating their engagement with all of their favorite people.

The entire setup had the best nods to Valentine’s Day. It was romantic, classy, and perfect for a February proposal.
