My work is rooted in presence, connection, and care - so your photos feel like you. Let me capture your love story.

As 2025 wraps up, I find myself reflecting on this year in both my business and my personal life. It was a year of learning how to balance running a business I love while being a present mom and wife – and if I’m being honest, that balance didn’t always come easily.
There were moments when it felt impossible to pour into my business without taking away from my family, and moments when stepping fully into motherhood made me question where my own identity fit in. My love for my family outweighs everything else in my life, that has never wavered. But photography fuels a part of me that is deeply personal. It fills my cup in a way that reminds me I’m still an individual, with passions and purpose beyond the roles I hold, even roles as meaningful and beautiful as being a wife and a mom.

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m less focused on specific achievements and more focused on how I want the year to feel. Becoming a parent myself has awakened a deep and unexpected passion for family photography – something I hadn’t truly leaned into before. For years, I fell madly in love with telling the love stories of couples, and that love is still very much there. But now, through the lens of motherhood, I feel an equally strong pull toward telling the love stories of families.
This doesn’t mean I’m stepping away from weddings – I don’t know that I ever could. What it does mean is that I plan to take on fewer weddings, allowing myself to pour my whole heart into each couple while also protecting space for my own family. It also means intentionally building more into family photography, with a documentary approach that honors real connection, real moments, and the beauty found in everyday life.
As I move into the next year, my goal is simple: to create work that feels meaningful, honest, and aligned – both with who I am as a photographer and who I am becoming as a person.

I can’t thank the incredible people enough who welcomed me into their lives and trusted me to document their stories this year. From those I met for the first time to the families and couples who continue inviting me back as their lives unfold, your trust means more than I can put into words. Without you, I wouldn’t get to do the work I love, and I’m endlessly grateful for that.
Becoming a mother changed the way I see everything, especially time. It heightened my awareness of how quickly moments pass and how meaningful it is to hold onto them. Photography is how I pause those moments, how I remember, and how I tell stories that feel true to life as it’s being lived. As I move into 2026, that perspective will continue to shape my work: slower, more intentional, and centered on connection above all else.
