Some weddings need more than a single day and more of an entire experience. Sydney and Jared’s wedding in Breckenridge, Colorado was exactly that, a full wedding weekend surrounded by mountains, friends, and the kind of energy that only happens when two people are deeply loved by everyone around them.
Although Sydney and Jared are from Texas, Colorado has always held a special place in their hearts, which made Breckenridge the perfect destination for their wedding. And when it comes to mountain wedding venues in Breckenridge, TenMile Station is one of those locations that immediately feels unforgettable.
The celebration started well before the wedding day.
Guests began arriving in Breckenridge on Thursday & Friday, settling into the mountain town and spending time exploring the area. On Friday morning, the group gathered for a pickleball tournament at the Breckenridge Tennis Center, which turned into the perfect laid-back way for everyone to connect before the big day.
That evening, Sydney and Jared and their families hosted a welcome party in Breckenridge at Cabin Juice, giving their guests a chance to spend time together before the wedding. One of my favorite things about destination weddings like this is how they naturally create more time for connection, it’s not just a ceremony and reception, it’s a whole weekend of memories.

Saturday, July 5th was the wedding day.
The girls got ready together at a nearby hotel in Breckenridge before heading over to TenMile Station, one of the most scenic Colorado mountain wedding venues. Tucked in the mountains above Breckenridge, the venue overlooks sweeping alpine views that honestly feel unreal yet so cozy and relaxing in person.
Sydney & Jared chose to do a first look which gave them a quiet moment together before everything officially began.
She also shared a first look with her dad and then with her three younger brothers, which was incredibly sweet and emotional, one of those moments where you can feel just how tight-knit a family is.

If you’ve ever been in the mountains, you know the weather has a personality of its own.
Their ceremony at TenMile Station in Breckenridge was already stunning, with panoramic mountain views behind them. But just as the ceremony began, a storm rolled through the mountains, creating deep, dramatic clouds that somehow made the entire scene even more beautiful & romantic.
By the time Sydney and Jared shared their first kiss, the storm had mostly passed and the sky had started to clear again, leaving the mountains wrapped in soft light and clouds.
It was straight out of a movie.

Sydney and Jared had a big wedding party, but what stood out most was how intentional every relationship felt.
Every person standing beside them clearly meant something deeply important in their lives. The same could be said about the entire guest list. The room was full of people who were genuinely excited to celebrate the bride and groom.

After an outdoor cocktail hour, guests moved into the reception at TenMile Station where the celebration really took off.
The details throughout the space were stunning. Lush florals by Lusha Events, beautiful linens from Luxe Linen, and thoughtful design elements that came to life from Thoughtfully Curated Events created an elegant atmosphere that still felt perfectly at home in the mountains.
And instead of a DJ, Sydney and Jared had a live band (Radio Band Denver | Hipster Mama Productions), which immediately brought the dance floor to life. There’s something about live music at a wedding that just hits differently. The energy in the room was incredible all night long.
Between the dancing, the laughter, and the mountain air drifting in from outside, it was the kind of night no one wanted to end.

Sydney and Jared’s wedding weekend in Breckenridge was a perfect reminder of why destination weddings can be so special.
When couples bring their favorite people together in a place they love, something really beautiful happens. The entire experience slows down a little, people spend more time together, and the celebration feels deeper than just one day.
And with the mountains surrounding TenMile Station, the setting couldn’t have been more fitting.
Sydney and Jared, it was an absolute joy documenting this weekend with you both.
